CSI Leasing Rolls Out SalesDesktop

CSI Leasing recently stated that with the new SalesDesktop, InvisibleCRM’s Outlook integration solution for Salesforce.com (News - Alert), it is going to increase the productivity of its teams who have been dynamically using Salesforce.com CRM.

CSI Leasing’s field sales teams encountered several challenges in using Salesforce.com, and by installing InvisibleCRM’s (News - Alert) SalesDesktop across the target teams it was able to overcome those challenges.

“Our field sales teams use SalesDesktop all the time! It’s almost their ‘go to’ as it saves them from logging into Salesforce.com,” said Sara Holden, Salesforce.com administrator at CSI (News - Alert) Leasing. “The application is so simple, the training guide is very simple; it just makes it so much easier than having two applications or switching between two applications. The majority of the things are done in Outlook making our sales teams happy, and all the data is being captured in Salesforce.com which makes our management happy. It’s phenomenal. It’s so simple.”

InvisibleCRM explained that its SalesDesktop is a Salesforce to Outlook plugin that can promote user adoption by bringing all CRM objects to the native Outlook environment. It lets users work with CRM data offline and sync all the changes later. The solution’s flexible sharing options and deduplication system prevent duplicates and help users effectively resolve collisions.

CSI Leaning acknowledged that with SalesDesktop, it was able to generate accounts and leads directly in Outlook and retrieve CRM data through the same platform. The management of requests with Salesforce.com became very simple and field teams were able to sync only the needed files to Outlook using a smart filtering system.

They also acquired the capability to edit, create and manage all CRM objects without leaving Outlook.

Recently, InvisibleCRM created IDE for Oracle (News - Alert) CRM Desktop, and Infor launched the first ERP app tied to Salesforce.com.
