TSYS Launches New Financial Services Support Center in Milton Keynes, U.K.

TSYS, a provider of solutions for people-centered payment transactions, stated that it has opened a new financial services support center in Milton Keynes, U.K. and it will be operated by TSYS Managed Services EMEA, a joint venture between TSYS and Dimension Data (News - Alert).

“We are very pleased to expand our customer care and servicing footprint in the UK in support of our existing and future TSYS clients. We look forward to delivering comprehensive servicing solutions and technologies for our clients and their customers”, commented David Figgat, group executive for TSYS Managed Services, in a statement.

The new support center is purported to equip the company to better serve its expanding pan-European customer base. TSYS recently migrated to a 57,000 square foot, state-of-the art center for delivering multi-lingual customer service, risk and fraud support, dispute and chargeback servicing, collections assistance and back-office work to its customers.

TSYS Managed Services EMEA was formed to merge the call-center capabilities of merchants with TSYS Managed Services, both of which specialize in customer-servicing operations, including back-office, cross-selling and up-selling activities for financial institutions.

TSYS maintained that it has been in the U.K. since 2000 and has carried out safe and secure electronic transactions with trust and convenience. Its payment tools support the U.K. marketplace with smarter solutions, big ideas and new capabilities.

TSYS already operates merchants centers that comprise more than 200 seats in Milton Keynes, England, near London, and Barneveld, The Netherlands, near Amsterdam. The newly opened support center should offer it the ability and resources to continue its growth strategy and the company’s new headquarters at Burystead Court provides it with a 300-seat capacity which it anticipates filling soon.

Recently, TSYS launched its Partner Program to solidify its business and unveiled its agenda for Connected Mobility.
