Cole Systems Launches Employee Incentive Solution with Game-Like Features
By Madhubanti Rudra
Cole Systems, a business consulting and technology solutions firm, specializing in the implementation and enhancement of the Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics product line, has come up with an employee incentive solution named Spark.
In a recent statement, Cole said that Spark, an add-on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, will change the way employers distribute internal rewards. The solution, which has been specially designed for the professionals in sales, marketing, and customer services, allows users to earn badges, accumulate points, and be rewarded based on what they’ve earned.
The professionals can earn points or badges for a number of achievements such as closing a set number of opportunities, bringing in a number of leads, or closing a customer issue with a favorable outcome. eRM tracks these scenarios, records the success and turns it into rewards for the employee.
Employers can set the types of rewards generated by earning badges. Badges can be worth points that will ultimately allow employees to receive gift certificates worth a certain amount.
The solution can prove extremely effective in boosting employees’ productivity and morale. The aspect of earning badges and accumulating points gives this solution a game-like edge and makes it fun and exciting for the users.
In addition of tracking their personal progress, the users will be able to see other users’ accomplishments as well. This can motivate them to work hard to achieve their goals. Cole Systems can configure the program to create an incentive program tailored to a company’s specific needs or to match the incentive program they have in place.
“Spark was created to help employers boost employee production and morale. Employees will love it because it’s fun and exciting to earn badges and watch points rack-up. Their hard work will be on display for all to see and that itself is an incentive to work hard. We want to revolutionize employee incentive programs, while adding some fun into the work place,” a senior CRM Consultant Jen Mroczek observed.
“The Gamification of CRM seemed like a no brainer. CRM tracks every employee’s results. To combine rewards directly to the system was an obvious combination. Employees will be motivated to use CRM to its fullest potential and work harder now that they can visibly see their rewards,” CEO of Cole Systems Dave Weiner explained in a statement.
