Templeton Solutions to Configure and Implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Crowe

U.S.- based public accounting and consulting firm, Crowe Horwath, has selected Templeton Solutions to help configure and implement Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for use in its offices across the country.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM equips business professionals with access to customer information through a familiar Microsoft Outlook experience, which helps ensure rapid user adoption and fast results, according to Microsoft.
The company is to working with Crowe Horwath to configure and implement CRM to meet its objectives, said Chris Gryskiewicz, senior project manager and executive vice president at Templeton Solutions.
Crowe Horwath has said it selected Templeton for its CRM experience and knowledge of the professional services industry.
"After Crowe conducted an extensive search and review process, Templeton Solutions was the clear choice," said Dave Keever, principal in Performance Consulting group at Crowe and executive sponsor of the firm’s CRM project.
Because of its long history of providing successful CRM systems and providing tailored CRM systems for professional services firm, “we know that our new CRM system will drive enhanced customer relationships and we look forward to working with Templeton on this project,” according to Keever.
Templeton's team is expected to configure CRM to enhance the firm's nationwide marketing and business development systems and information processes. The project will begin in September 2012 and is expected to roll out in summer of 2013.
“We believe that Microsoft CRM's 'digital nervous system' provides the right platform for professional services firms to collect, report, and present critical firm and client information in a single log-in and familiar user interface – Outlook,” said Steve Templeton, CPA, founder of Templeton Solutions.
Templeton Solutions optimizes its client objectives through solution design and clear execution. Company officials said this is achieved by using proven approaches, technologies and experienced consultants.
This year in June, the company earned Microsoft Dynamics’ Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Competency for TC Practice Management, built exclusively on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
