AMC Technology Integrates AMC Contact Canvas for Salesforce Open CTI

Salesforce CRM Call Center easily integrates Salesforce with third-party computer-telephony integration (CTI (News - Alert)) systems. Salesforce customers could only utilize the benefits of a CTI system after they deployed a CTI adapter program on their systems prior to the unveiling of Open CTI. Even then, such programs often consisted of desktop software that needed maintenance and didn’t get the advantages of cloud architecture.


Now the Salesforce Open CTI is here and many companies are taking this benefit even further. AMC Technology, a contact center and CRM integration provider, recently announced integration with Salesforce. This integration will provide enhanced support for Salesforce Open CTI, the company stated.

Enabling customers to make use of AMC'S dependable business application and multi-channel framework across the enterprise, AMC Contact Canvas 2012 is a pre-built and certified software product suite that combines CRM applications with CTI communication platforms.

To offer integration into Application Adapters and Channel Connectors and improve integration across the enterprise, Contact Canvas makes use of AMC’s core functionality, AMC’s Heritage Multi Channel Integration Server (MCIS). With full, real-time access to customer information, contact center agents and knowledge workers can improve their service.
