IXACT Contact Adds New Features to Web-Based Real Estate CRM

IXACT Contact Solutions has added several new features to its Web-based real estate CRM, saying that it will help Realtors better manage all aspects of their transactions.

The Web-based real estate CRM, IXACT Contact, helps REALTORS build lasting relationships with past clients, hot prospects and important referral sources. Leveraging new capabilities, agents can handle more business than ever before, while keeping them organized and in-control, according to company officials.

Thanks to the new capabilities, the real estate CRM has now become a great option for agents who are seeking a robust contact management solution to manage their transactions from start to finish.

Rich Gaasenbeek, vice president of sales and marketing at IXACT Contact, said that with these enhancements, the Active Business functionality built into the real estate CRM helps agents grow their business fast while staying ‘on the ball.’

For agents, the real estate CRM’s new Active Business improvements include the ability to enter important dates relating to their listings. In addition, the enhancements offer the ability to get automatic reminders about these dates.

With the new enhancements, agents can upload and store transaction documents, track all parties involved in a transaction, track information on showings, capture mortgage and sale information, and more.

The system’s existing transaction management features include the ability for agents to track listing status, run service reports, record notes about listings, and track important dates and commissions.  It also features listing and closing Activity Plans that have helped Realtors to manage key steps involved in the listing and closing processes.

“I really like the Service Reports that I can run on my Listings using IXACT Contact,” said Keith Soper from RE/MAX, adding that the reports are a snap to create and are professionally formatted.

Earlier in July, IXACT implemented a Referral Appreciation Program to give back to its customers and show gratitude to the clients who recommend the company and its solution.
