Effective and efficient lead management strategies not only improve sales effectiveness, but also increase short-term revenue. Due to recent economic uncertainties, many marketing and sales companies have been forced to have a relook at their lead management solutions and integrations.

In an effort to more effectively manage and organize leads generated by advertising,  NexTech – a provider of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), practice management, billing, and marketing software - has partnered with, in order to combine's lead management capabilities with the company’s marketing module and practice management software.

NexTech’s software is designed for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, ophthalmologists, otolaryngologists, gastroenterologists, urologists, bariatric surgeons, and orthopedic surgeons. Some of the key modules and features of the software include EMRs, e-billing, scheduling, surgery center management, financial accounting, e-prescribing, marketing, inventory, contact management, lab integration, reporting, patient portal, interfaces with devices, and more.

The, which has been now integrated into NexTech’s software, is a complete medical lead management tool developed for the medical industry that captures, manages, and converts prospects to patients.

As a tool that helps manage all inquiries (online & phone), allows users to capture virtually all of user’s prospects, measures the key response time of staff, offer text message reminders to prevent no-shows, and more.

Capable of easily integrating with the doctor’s website, also provides ROI reporting on all marketing expenditures, generate online reviews of medical practice, and also provides automated e-mail campaigns per procedure to nurture prospects.

The strategic alliance between NexTech and will integrate’s lead management capabilities with NexTech’s marketing module and practice management software.

The main objective of the integration with MyMedLeads is to streamline the marketing efforts of each NexTech practice.”

In addition, the new alliance will also help NexTech users: reduce manual data entry significantly; accurately determine where leads are coming from; and identify which lead sources are generating the highest ROI.

Majeed added, “Furthermore, this partnership will allow our practices to have more robust reporting and metrics especially as it relates to their online and traditional marketing, and improve the overall efficiency of their practice.”

Recently, NexTech had announced the release of the highly anticipated native iPadEMR application.
