intelliSante Unveils C3HealthLink Software for Behavioral Healthcare Community

intelliSante Inc. recently unveiled its maiden offering, C3HealthLink, which was  specially designed for the behavioral healthcare community. The offering was unveiled at the yearly meeting of the Open Minds Technology & Informatics (News - Alert) Institute, which was held last week in Baltimore, Maryland.

intelliSante aims to develop software applications and online tools for ensuring connectivity and association among patients, caregivers, and provider teams. The organization’s objective is to enhance health, introduce progresses in healthcare and decrease expenses through technology, ensuring a significant impact on the healthcare system.

Customers, caregivers, healthcare expert and hospital systems have been connected to technology via C3HealthLink. The beneficial objective of C3HealthLink, which connects, communicates and associates, is to decrease hospitalization and readmissions for patients suffering from mental illness. C3HealthLink offers a protected, digital environment for associative care that complies with HIPAA. By constant tracking of a customer’s frame of mind, medicines, and accomplishment of objectives, preliminary intervention and risk enhancement are achieved by C3HealthLink.

Progress reports pertaining to customers and providers are provided by the system. The care team is alerted by the system when clinically applicable alterations in mood, medication management, or behavior are observed. Mental health experts can avail C3HealthLink from intelliSante for no extra cost. Starting January 2013, the system will be made available at a customer "freemium" service.

Corporate and academic associates are urged to contact intelliSante for carrying out clinical and health economic exploration studies using C3HealthLink. These studies will be beneficial for administering mental health for people with chief and resulting diagnoses of depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. The organization is mainly interested in carrying out clinical studies of mental health management practices in incorporated health systems.

intelliSante, Inc has been established with an aim of launching an electronic support tool that can be used by people suffering from mental illness and their caregivers for communicating and coordinating care with healthcare professionals and health systems. The organization was established in 2010 and is based in Delaware.

A beta version of C3HealthLink, an online mobile tool for assisting mental health consumers monitor their moods, handle their medications, and be in touch with their professional healthcare team, is currently available.
