Appointment-Plus Delivers iPad Mini Mobile Scheduling App as Promised

It looks like Appointment-Plus, provider of mobile and online scheduling solutions, took analysts' prediction that business users are likely to embrace the iPad Mini to heart and released its existing native mobile scheduling software app for the new device. The app provides businesses and organizations of any size with instant access to the Appointment-Plus scheduler, allowing for management of appointments and customer information from anywhere.


As such, current Appointment-Plus clients can use the scheduling app right away for free on the iPad Mini.

Appointment-Plus is the only universal scheduling software provider currently offering native mobile scheduling apps for Apple and Android (News - Alert) tablets and phones. The iOS scheduling app allows users to instantly view and manage their schedules, staff and customers. It features a clean and easy-to-navigate interface; the ability to modify, add or remove appointments; the ability to add and update customer information; appointment filtering options by staff or location and; daily, monthly and list views.

The company is also developing a "customer view" scheduling mobile app meant to further enhance the current Appointment-Plus app functionality with a simplified scheduling process for clients' customers, patients and students.

Appointment-Plus first announced its intentions to make an iPad Mini version of its iOS app last month shortly after the official announcement of the device. Bob La Loggia, CEO of Appointment-Plus, at the time of the announcement said, "Technology never stands still, and neither does Appointment-Plus."

Indeed, since its creation in 2001, Appointment-Plus has provided businesses and organizations with Web-based tools to automate, streamline and improve the way they schedule and manage appointments. The addition of mobile apps was the next logical extension of the company's scheduling solutions and the company embraced the emergence of mobile and continues to do so. Currently, Appointment-Plus serves almost 8,000 clients in 16 countries across the globe.
