Welcome to the end of the week, which means it’s time to wrap up the week’s events in call center software.

Envestnet, a provider of technology-enabled wealth management solutions for investment advisors, recently partnered with Junxure to integrate with Junxure Cloud. Junxure Cloud is an upcoming Web-based client-relations management (CRM) program for financial advisors. Expected in the first quarter of 2013, this combination is expected to be included with the initial release of Junxure Cloud.

Last week, a source of enterprise mobile applications, Flowfinity Wireless Inc., released a new case study to describe how Cinematronix successfully implemented Flowfinity software to streamline its workforce management. For its existing and expanding business volumes, the company needed a more efficient way to manage, invoice and track the activities of field technicians across the country.

In Canada, Cinematronix is the largest provider of cinema equipment and services.

While the technological industry is just scratching the surface of what all of our high-tech computer chips and multi-platform applications can do, there’s not one company that has really stepped up and made itself known in its respective market. Xtime is looking to do just that, having developed a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for the automotive repair industry that could eventually make the company one its competitors come to fear. This particular CRM allows for automakers, dealers and drivers to communicate better and enhance the customer experience.

To expand its operations in Europe and launch its orphan drug, Esbriet, InterMune has decided to go with cloud-based Veeva CRM and iRep. InterMune selected VIVA after evaluating three leading CRM vendors. VIVA offers an integrated CRM and Closed Loop Marketing application designed for the Apple (News - Alert) iPad.
