Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Upgrades Workforce Software's EmpCenter Suite

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, the official destination marketing organization of Las Vegas, upgraded to the new release of WorkForce Software’s EmpCenter suite of workforce management solutions.

Teresa Mojado, financial systems manager for Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, said, “LVCVA seamlessly carries out some of the largest conventions and tradeshows in the world, and we expect the same reliability from our vendors. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is a regular customer of WorkForce Software, a provider of workforce management solutions.  LVCVA uses EmpCenter to automate its entire pay rules and policies.

The new upgrade to EmpCenter is expected to help LVCVA streamline time and attendance processes for its workforce comprising of salaried, hourly and temporary staff. Also, the WorkForce solution ensures full coverage for complex collective bargaining agreement rules.

Officials explained that the EmpCenter solution enables LVCVA to adapt easily to changing regulations and union requirements, thereby ensuring compliance cost effectively.

The EmpCenter suite enables organizations to fully automate the management of employee absence and leave, staff scheduling. It also allows organizations gain real-time visibility into labor costs and activities using its analytic and reporting tools.

Organizations like University of California, Blizzard Entertainment, AMF Bowling, Duke Energy and BBVA Compass (News - Alert) leverage EmpCenter to optimize human resources management with these intuitive tools.
