Indosoft Partner TeleSpeak to Offer Q-Suite Powered Multi-channel Contact Center Services

TeleSpeak recently announced its expansion to deliver Q-Suite-based managed hosted contact center services. With this expansion, the company will be able to provide “Contact Center Anywhere”, which is a new managed services platform developed as a part of its cloud based services portfolio. TeleSpeak is a specialist provider of Collaborative, PBX (News - Alert), Fixed Mobile Convergence, and Contact Center solutions and a partner of Indosoft (News - Alert).
In a statement, Chance Myers, chief sales and marketing officer at TeleSpeak, said that, “At TeleSpeak, we offer enhanced Cloud based tools for inbound, outbound and office communication needs. The core of the ‘Contact Center AnyWhere’ is a powerful call center ACD and Dialer platform for distributed call center setup. Our cost effective solution will effortlessly replace expensive legacy call center technologies with a powerful next generation platform with Workforce Management integration and Voice Recording analytics. Our Cloud Based services take away the need for capital investment and bring in immediate savings."
The company will provide multi-channel contact center services propelled by Q-Suite – a leading call center software from Indosoft. These cloud driven managed services will specifically focus on inbound and outbound contact centers that need multi-channel services such as voice, Web, e-mail, chat, and social media.
Justin Traer, director of Support Services at Indosoft, said that, “Q-Suite 5.7 allows managed and hosted service providers to offer advanced call center ACD, skills based routing, Queue priority, Dialer, Real-time Wallboards, Historical reporting, Web services integration, ability to theme the look and feel, Visual IVR builder and Agent Customer Interaction Script Builder, all out-of-the-box.
