Promero's CTI Connector Now for Salesforce CRM Users

Promero, a reseller and provider of cloud-based virtual call center software, revealed its plan to offer its proprietary CTI (News - Alert) connector for free, for its hosted platform of Oracle Contact Center Anywhere to Salesforce CRM users.

Salesforce CRM users can now add enhanced call center and telephone features to their instance with Promero’s CTI connector for Oracle (News - Alert) Contact Center Anywhere. Features include IVR, ACD, call recording, predictive dialing, inbound/outbound blended agents and extensive call details reports.

Promero is a provider of contact center solutions. Together with its partners, Promero provides innovative technology, strength, stability, comprehensive consultation, implementation and support.

The company is a Worldwide Oracle Gold Partner for Siebel CRM, and Contact Center Anywhere and Salesforce AppExchange Partner.

Salesforce recently approved Promero's CTI connector for Oracle Contact Center Anywhere for inclusion in the Salesforce AppExchange Marketplace.

Promero's Call Center On Demand service uses Oracle Contact Center Anywhere virtual call center software. Contact Center Anywhere has reportedly won 49 industry awards and is one of the most widely used sets of call center software in the world.

The CTI connector, normally sold separately, is free when users enroll in one of Promero's three Telephone On Demand Call Center Services, or purchase Oracle Call Center Anywhere software and installation packages from Promero.

In another report, TMCnet mentioned that there’s one obvious and significant benefit to using predictive/automatic dialers in call centers—but also a host of less recognized advantages.

The big reason and obvious reason, of course, is indicated as agent efficiency.

“Some owners/managers don't realize this number is so high, but it takes about 30 seconds to manually dial a phone number and let it ring four times,” according to Promero.

Promero won best contact center solution award at ITEXPO East 2010 for its product, Oracle Contact Center Anywhere call center software.
