Cyara Solutions Appoints New GM, VP of Field Operations for the Americas

William Aston, an enterprise software sales leader with extensive background in contact center, IVR, speech and CRM markets, recently joined Cyara Solutions (News - Alert) as general manager and vice president of field operations for the Americas.

In his new role, Aston and his team will work together to serve and grow Cyara business in the Americas among new and existing customers including financial services companies, telcos, utilities and government agencies.

“Bill Aston’s excellent track record in exceeding quotas in enterprise software sales and his leadership experience building winning teams will serve us well in solidifying our foothold in the U.S. market,” said Alok Kulkarni (News - Alert), CEO, Cyara. “He is charged with growing our fledgling U.S. customer base and building the organization to establish a firm presence in the US from which we can assure continued market share and sustain Cyara’s customer-focused reputation.”

Before joining Cyara, Aston held senior-level sales and management positions at Genesys, Avaya, Remedy, Agile (News - Alert), Voxify and KPMG.
