VisionWare Debuts Auris for More Effective Analyses of Customer Data

Business systems generate a gigantic volume of data, and organizing and retrieving it can be a herculean task for companies. But utilizing this data is equally important as it provides invaluable insight into customer behavior and their likes and dislikes.

Helping companies in this task, VisionWare has unveiled a new product named Auris. According to the company, this Dynamics CRM solution utilizes Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM to offer a single view of data.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides flexible CRM solutions to companies and enables them to modify this product according to their requirements. It also provides familiar solutions to improve the chances of selling and shorten sales cycles. Users can see Microsoft Dynamics CRM inside their Microsoft Office Outlook, which helps them to enhance communication and team collaboration.

Auris helps users to see the data generated in a graphical format, allowing them to quickly understand the data and make decisions accordingly.

The product makes use of Data Visualisation Technologies and Master Data Management to provide a graphical representation of the data to the users. The product also allows one to gather data from different sources and understand a customer’s viewpoint by analyzing all the information.

Lindsay Ross, Marketing Manager at VisionWare, stated, “We developed Auris because we understand the data challenges facing our customers today. Trying to connect different systems together for Dynamics CRM can be a challenge as the underpinning data is inconsistent and fragmented. You need to sort out the data problem and that is where Auris comes in.”

Recently, the company announced a partnership with Serco, through which the company merged the power of its Master Data Management solution with Serco's e-services solution. This combination allows users to enhance the online experience of their customers and increase profits, the company stated.
