Intorrent Technologies Shifts to Larger Contact Center Facility

Intorrent Technologies (News - Alert) has moved to a customized contact center facility in a bid to augment its technical support and development staff. Intorrent will now be able to fulfill the budding requirements of its customers across the country. The latest 18,000-square-foot facility is located very close to the organization’s existing office.

The latest call center facility is situated in the Shiloh Road business park, near McFarland Parkway and Georgia 400, north of Atlanta. The facility was completely developed as per the operation requirements of Intorrent.

In a statement, Darrell Hensley (News - Alert), CEO of Intorrent said, “Intorrent has grown exponentially over the past two years. Our new facility was designed specifically to foster creativity with our developers, great service with our technicians, and sharp focus with our sales and partner recruitment efforts.”

The latest facility houses an extensive network operations center, or NOC (News - Alert), called the Watchtower. The complete support team will be located at this facility. The facility also boasts of enough space for divisional expansion. The organization will be able to keep in touch with direct customers and associate resellers nationwide via the Watchtower. The facility will also house an association-focused, code development space, the Matrix. The Matrix will be used by the organization’s product development and engineering teams.

Hensley said, “Some very productive things happen in the Matrix. Some very nerdy things happen in the Matrix. Sometimes those things are one in the same; other times, they’re quite different. I mostly stay out of the way, but I do try to make sure that everyone’s getting sufficient sunlight.”

An unusual brand representation in line with its “open source” and “unbundled service” philosophy has been generated by Intorrent.  The organization’s promotion campaigns and videos are different from the normal technology and business-to-business enterprises. Intorrent has built an on-site video production stage with supplementary audio control rooms and editing suites. Intorrent will therefore be able to develop promotional and educational/tutorial content within the organization using these assets.

Intorrent’s latest facility also houses large executive and sales offices along with numerous conference rooms and meeting areas. The shift from the old office to the new office has been flawless, without any operational disruptions or downtime.
