Zurmo Open Source CRM Seeks Feedback from Early Adopters

Getting opinions from real people about a product before it hits the market can be a game changer. It allows the company to make the necessary changes to the product, if required, and gauge the demand for its products well in advance. 

In this regard, early adapters of a new technology are always special for a company. Recently, Open Source (News - Alert) CRM company Zurmo proved this by announcing that those who participate in its Zurmo Early Adopter Program will get a hosted instance of Zurmo. Apart from this, participants will also get committed support and help from expert CRM consultants.


The company is giving out all these goodies because it is looking for some real-world feedback on some new features it plans to introduce in near future. The company believes that its products should meet the expectations of everyday users. The participants taking part in the Zurmo Early Adopter Program will respond to case studies and feedbacks, the company has stated.

The company has clearly mentioned that it has no intentions of generating any revenue from these participants. The company is just looking to produce the highest quality CRM and its seeking participants who share this dream.

Talking of help, the company recently announced that it allowed various contributors to work on the localization of its Open Source Project. It allows the users to modify the source code so that other users are not lost in translation.
