The Intelli-Touch IVQ-Business Assistant Offers Sales Assistance for Home and Business Users

According to a recent study conducted by Babener and Associates, legitimate personal network marketing — as opposed to illegitimate marketing, such as pyramid schemes — is on the rise. Specifically, one in 10 households now participate in network marketing part time, including Avon and Tupperware sales, to legal services and vitamins.

The consumer version of ITA's IVQ-Business Assistant provides personal network dealers with enhanced productivity and automated call screening and routing. The app also offers in-call recording and the ability to produce and distribute customer sales support videos. Meanwhile, the business version of the app has plenty to offer corporate customers such as essential sales tools, training and announcements.

The Intelli-Touch IVQ-Business Assistant is available for Windows, Android (News - Alert) and iOS.

Other features offered by the IVQ-Business Assistant include: automated, real-time customized call screening; the ability to assign different voicemail greetings to contacts; an On-Demand Sales Library, which offers training; and the exclusive ITA Com-Portal, which captures client feedback immediately to optimize sales and marketing programs.

Intelli-Touch Apps completed its second round of funding in October, which led to the release of the IVQ-Business Assistant app. According to the company, this type of app is highly in demand in a number of industries, including legal, credit, insurance, medical, financial and the not-for-profit sector.

With Intelli-Touch, companies can easily train, equip and motivate their sales force.
