The United States Patent Office has issued Multiple Output Relaxation (MOR) patent to, a sales automation and predictive analytics provider for inside sales professionals.

The company has developed a new technology based on big data predictive analytics for sales professionals, and the issued patent protects this technology.

The technology has been issued U.S. Patent No. 8,352,389 and will protect the machine learning algorithm that intelligently analyzes data to solve complex problems with multiple interdependent outputs, combined with multiple potential correct outputs. The technology has been used in an application for sales and lead generation process, and allows sales representatives to use big data to source leads from the sales process, and can be used to create optimized communication and interaction plans.

Dave Elkington, CEO and founder of (News - Alert), said, “This technology is a game changer for companies with large amounts of data because it allows them to analyze and increase productivity in a way that was previously impossible. Applying the algorithms in the sales industry, the invention will provide sales teams and reps with the optimal communication strategy for a given lead, prospect or customer, and maximizes overall sales effectiveness.”

Additionally, during the past year, has received two other patents that safeguard both the lead response and telecommunication technologies. The lead response technology has the ability to detect online activity and contact the user with a preferred or optimal response plan, while the telecommunication technology can perform an auxiliary function on a Web-call after the call has been made.

Recently, was in the news when the company announced the addition of Rob Christensen as vice president of Research & Development and Software Architecture. Christensen joins with nearly two decades of SaaS (News - Alert) (Software-as-a-Service) software design experience.
