ReD's New Interactive Portal to Expedite Business Decisions for Merchant Customers

ReD, a source of global fraud prevention solutions for merchants and payment service providers, has a huge clientele across six continents. The company has recently introduced an interactive, self-service Business Intelligence portal for all its customers, subscribing to the company’s ReD Shield fraud prevention service.

Called ReDi, the interactive portal will give its merchant and payment service provider (PSP) customers quick and direct access to the latest transaction data. The initiative is aimed at enabling merchant customers to directly monitor their fraud detection and prevention operations.

Leveraging this up-to-date information, merchants will be able to enhance the performance of their fraud teams and strengthen the fraud-preventing initiatives. This is likely to nourish the companies’ wider business strategies.

The ReDi portal comes with an array of user-friendly features, such as high level dashboards and charts, and intuitive navigation and drilldowns. These enable a user to dig through the layers of information and reach to the root of individual transactions with just a few clicks.

An access to detailed transaction level information helps merchants to understand the longer-term trends and examine transactions from a historic period, and track their ultimate outcomes, including chargebacks and fraud.

ReD Shield fraud prevention service is highly customizable to meet individual merchant needs, and it is offered in three levels. The Basic level provides a regularly refreshed summary of processing volumes, recommendations and rule performance, while Advanced and Professional levels are designed to enable merchants to see the full depth and breadth of their data, personalize dashboards or create their own charts, extracting information and sharing it via e-mail.
