Accrete Solutions Unveils New Customer Relationship Management Service Solutions

Accrete Solutions will display its new Customer Relationship Management service solutions at the SAPinsider CRM 2013 conference. The company, which is specialized in customer-facing sales and service solutions, is planning to showcase a range of new customer and field service solutions, including tablet-based mobility solutions. The release will feature topics such as field service, self service, installed base management, safety inspections, customer surveys, etc.

The company is announcing the Journey platform in partnership with Embark Mobile. The platform, which eliminates the need for paper-based and manual processes, allows companies to create enterprise mobility solutions by concentrating on their business processes instead of dealing with technical details of development. With this approach, solutions are delivered faster than the earlier required time. This enables quicker reach-to-market and agility when dealing with CRM service.

Albert Kleynhans, Director at Accrete Solutions, said, “We believe with the combination of our Process Alignment Models and Mobility platform we can assist customers in gaining tangible returns in a few weeks, not the typical months or years.”

Accrete Solutions, which is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, offers Service Solutions, CRM, Process Integration and Field Mobility. With the CRM services, companies can develop strategies, improve processes, and design and deploy solutions. The company will be present at booth #360 at the event, which will be held in Las Vegas on 05-08 March 2013.

Embark Mobile, founded in 2009, offers solutions that help enterprises to manage and maintain enterprise mobile applications. These solutions are on a daily basis used in different sectors such as financial services, field service and health care.
