BLACKIRON Data, a subsidiary of Primus Telecommunications (News - Alert) Group, Inc., has joined the Sitecore partner program. The company, which offers a single resource platform featuring hosting, consulting and implementation of Web content management software, is interested in complementing its existing portfolio through the program.
Sitecore, which offers Web content management and customer experience management software, works with a number of global brands. The company's partner program was a good fit for BLACKIRON, which was seeking to broaden its existing content management system (CMS) offerings to provide more choices and customization for its customers.
The Sitecore partner program offers a robust e-commerce platform that is easily integrated with other products. By working with Sitecore, BLACKIRON is better able to support its customers' CMS strategies from concept to launch. The company's portfolio of managed and cloud offerings consists of a full suite of high availability professional services along with eight data centers.
Sitecore's partners include system integrators, Web development companies and interactive agencies. The company's partner program is designed to provide fully functional and multi-channel user experiences, including all the tools necessary to deliver a rich and immersive customer experience. Technology partners include Microsoft, Apica, Bright Cove, Clay Tablet Technologies, Coveo, FuseIT, Hedgehog Development, Insite Software, Jungle Torch, Kapow Software, Lionbridge Technologies (News - Alert), Ooyala, Rackspace Hosting and Telligent.
"It was important for us to expand our CMS offerings in a way that would offer customers more alternatives while also complementing our cloud solutions," said Dany Charland, director, professional services, BLACKIRON Data. "The company's focus on building algorithms within tools that allow for a better understanding of behavior interest while tailoring the navigation experience will greatly benefit BLACKIRON's customers, particularly those with e-commerce websites."
"Sitecore's Web content management software is at the core of e-commerce and marketing strategies for some of the world's leading brands," said Russ Emerson (News - Alert), director of field marketing, Sitecore. "With Sitecore's platform, BLACKIRON's customers can optimize conversion rates and increase sales and revenue by offering the most relevant, personalized content and offers at the time of purchase and beyond. BLACKIRON's expertise in technology infrastructure and services is a significant benefit for our customers."
