AvePoint Releases Microsoft Dynamics CRM Product Line to Improve Productivity

AvePoint, a specialist in governance, compliance and management solutions for social enterprise collaboration platforms, has released its Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM product line, capable of enhancing productivity and reducing business impact on the migration and adoption of processes to Dynamics CRM.

The new release ensures the delivery of all functionalities required in an enterprise-class CRM solution. AvePoint’s Dynamics CRM product line facilitates migration from Salesforce CRM, while automating and enhancing the capabilities of CRM assets and the management of internal infrastructure.

This enables business users to easily manage customer data, increase business productivity and enable collaboration with confidence, thereby improving customer satisfaction, said officials.

The AvePoint comprehensive Dynamics CRM product line features the AvePoint Productivity Suite for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which helps users in searching for and identifying relevant CRM assets and log activity.

They can also undo malicious modifications to data to improve CRM data quality.

The AvePoint CRM Migration Manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM helps by automating data migration from Salesforce CRM into Dynamics CRM, and hence eliminates system downtime.

The AvePoint Timeline (News - Alert) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM lets users view, manage and log Dynamics CRM activity on the go. This consolidates and provides a view of all account information and activity in an interactive interface, available from the Windows 8 Store.  

Other functionality includes AvePoint’s support for both Dynamics CRM Online and on-premises deployments. It can facilitate a transition to the cloud to greatly improve productivity.

AvePoint recently announced the latest version of its flagship product for automated service and information management, DocAve Governance Automation Service Pack (SP) 2.
