RoundPegg Unveils PulseTrax Survey Feature to Measure, Monitor, Track Employee Engagement
By Shamila Janakiraman
RoundPegg’s customizable PulseTrax engagement survey feature provides users with data-driven methods for tracking success of company culture initiatives.
Brent Daily, COO and co-founder of RoundPegg said, “RoundPegg continues to develop cutting-edge solutions that enable organizations to better understand their workforce and unique cultures, encourage engagement and a high performing workforce, and initiate change when necessary.”
As a culture management software company, RoundPegg helps organizations to deal with culture change, align sub-cultures and also proactively integrate companies during an acquisition process. PulseTrax is essentially a customizable pulse engagement survey offering.
PulseTrax is the latest component added to EngagePegg which helps companies to measure, monitor and track employee engagement. Users will benefit a lot from the data-driven methods that can be used to analyze company culture. This is made possible via short pulse surveys and by tracking the success rates for new initiatives, explained officials.
Users can leverage the many features of PulseTrax to create numerous customer engagement statements. This is then distributed to employees as a pulse survey and the statement results are tracked over time. The results will reveal the success or failure of new culture initiatives and challenges.
Also PulseTrax optimizes employee engagement as the employer can segment the pulse surveys to different groups to better understand engagement in sub-cultures within the organization.
“With PulseTrax, employers can create surveys and track engagement over time to help measure initiatives or on-ongoing challenges within their organization. This new level of visibility will enable our customers to keep their finger on the pulse of their company’s culture,” Daily added.
RoundPegg optimizes culture management as it enables companies to manage culture via the cloud. This capability allows them to proactively tackle problems that may affect business performance. The socially centered Web-apps from RoundPegg are designed to help organizations measure, manage and monitor any company’s unique culture. The details enable employers to hire, develop and engage employees according to the culture of the firm.
In June 2013 RoundPegg launched EngagePegg, an innovative approach to track employee engagement that works in real-time. EngagePegg is the fourth component in the company’s culture management suite, which includes CulturePegg to measure and monitor culture, HirePegg and TeamPegg to actively manage culture.
