By Rajani Baburajan
Soffront Software specializes in customer relationship management (CRM) solutions that help businesses close the gap between customers and management. The company offers solutions to both small and medium businesses (SMB) and enterprises.
The company claims that Soffront CRM differs from competitive offering in the market as it helps drive more sales by allowing sales teams spend more time selling and less time working the CRM.
The integrated CRM solution from Soffront contains key capabilities including sales force automation, marketing automation, customer service and project management.
The SMB CRM solution delivers complete lead management solution to manage and nurture leads, close deals faster and shorten sales cycle. Sales managers can monitor the leads from the first interaction through closure. They can import leads from different marketing sources, qualify and assign leads.
With its capabilities such as lead capturing, lead nurturing with rule-based drip campaign, rapid prospecting, sales automation and customer support, the SMB CRM solution has set a new standard in the SMB sector, Soffront said.
In a recent development in the SMB CRM division, Soffront announced the appointment of Chris Shugart as the marketing manager for Soffront’s SMB CRM. Shugart will report directly to Manu Das, CEO and president of Soffront.
In his new role, Shugart will have the oversight of the strategic direction and expansion of Soffront SMB CRM.
“I am pleased that Chris has joined our team,” said Das. “He shares our vision and mission to help small and medium businesses grow faster leveraging CRM and e-mail marketing, at an affordable price.”
“I am profoundly honored to join Soffront and looking forward to working with the entire Soffront marketing team to further Soffront’s mission to help small and medium businesses,” said Shugart. “I share the passion of Mr. Das that CRM should be the focal point of all businesses regardless of their size and hope that I can contribute to advance that mission.”
