Microsoft Gold CRM Competency 2014 Presented to Axonom

Axonom, an independent software vendor, stated that it has been granted the Microsoft (News - Alert) Gold CRM Competency 2014 award in recognition of its capability to cater to Microsoft customers’ ever changing needs and after demonstrating technology success and customer commitment.


Microsoft explained that its partner network is committed to helping its members and, along with its more than 160 million mutual customers worldwide, it can ensure that they realize their full potential. Only partners that demonstrate the highest, most consistent capability and commitment to the latest Microsoft technology are presented with the Gold CRM Competency. 

By attaining the Gold CRM Competency in the partner network, Axonom is entitled make early adoption of Microsoft technology easier and use the Microsoft Partner Economic Model to help in estimating profit and loss for new customer relationship management (CRM) business opportunities. It can also deepen its Microsoft Dynamics expertise with specialized training through the Microsoft Dynamics Partner Academy.

Axonom will also get to enjoy various other benefits like low and no cost CRM training, enhanced relationships with its own customers and more.

Hitachi (News - Alert) Medical Systems America, Inc., a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment, supposedly selected Axonom as its Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner after recognizing that the Powertrak suite was the key to increasing the productivity of its CRM users and also for Axonom’s proven CRM expertise.
