IT Company Sees Huge Cost Savings with Intuitive Dashboards

Integrated with SalesLogix CRM system, the dashboard facilitated remote tracking and monitoring functionality for the disparate workforce based in offshore offices in Sophia. The better coordination ultimately helped in faster and more efficient resolve of issues.
