Noble Systems (News - Alert), a company that offers unified contact center technology solutions, recently won the Fastest Growing Medium Business at the prestigious Greater Manchester Fastest 50 Awards. Noble Systems won the award for medium business and was placed 20th on the entire Fastest 50 list.

“Noble Systems would like to thank Business Week and Ward Hadaway for this prestigious award. We are proud to have a market leading contact center solution that has enabled us to continue to thrive in this difficult economic climate,” said Colin Chave, General Manager EMEA, in a press release. “We’re celebrating 25 years in the business this year and our aim is to continue to develop and grow within the Greater Manchester region.”

Noble provides solutions for unified communications, business process management, and analytics. The company claims that thousands of agents at 4,000+ client installations worldwide use Noble platforms to manage millions of customer contacts each day. Noble offers a unified suite of multi-channel inbound, outbound and blended contact processing, strategy planning, and resource management tools for companies of all sizes. The company’s premise, cloud and premise/cloud hybrid platforms include ACD, predictive dialling, blended processing, recording and monitoring, IVR, messaging, interaction analytics and workforce management.

Last year, Noble Systems unveiled the Noble Web Interfacing Service or WISE, offering versatility to multichannel customer contact programs. Noble facilitates data exchange between applications with the help of web services. Apart from enhancing customer experience, the use of Web services accelerates response times to customer contacts. Online sales organizations will also experience enhanced “Speed to Lead.” Users can share information with third-party applications through SOAP based exchange using Web services from Noble. Noble Web Interfacing Services facilitate the capability to generate a request for information from an external system and to obtain data for consumer records.
