SenSaaS Looks to Make Document Processing a Breeze

Companies the world over are looking to automate document processing, minimize operational costs and limit software and hardware implementation in their computing environment. That’s why SOPREMA, an international manufacturer of waterproofing products, decided to implement the SenSaaS BPO solution from INTEGRIM, a Canadian provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.
SenSaaS, offered as a platform as a service, aims to allow SOPREMA to manage its document life cycles electronically and intelligently, eliminating manual data entry (often riddled with errors) and reducing paper handling processes by over 80 percent.
"Soprema has quickly understood the benefits to use our BPO for Finance Dept. We developed a simple and easy way to automate Business Rules for non-POs invoices. This was so easy that Soprema implemented more than 200 rules in the first 2 months,” said Andre Denis, CTO at INTEGRIM.
Typically, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and check management are costly, time consuming processes for most organizations. By automating processing, documents can be captured online, integrated with content management systems, and then routed to everyone. This offers visibility in operations, avoids data duplication, reduces errors and fraudulent payments, and enables stronger internal controls.
"Using SenSaaS, we've discovered how to reassign our employees to increased value added work for our company. On top of the process, we also re-evaluate our Accounts receivable and been able to quickly improve our relations with our clients." said Francois Martin, controller at SOPREMA.
SenSaaS can be implemented quickly and requires no software installation. It integrates well with various services and works with most document types typically used in business practices. It is available for an unlimited number of users and there is no maintenance or support fee.
