OnForce Announces Partnership with ICon

OnForce, a major player in technology-enabled workforce management, recently signed a partnership agreement with ICon, a recognized name in independent contractor compliance. Owing to this partnership, organizations across industries will be provided with the ability to engage, manage and pay their private networks of freelance workers.
Officials said that the organizations will also be able to make sure that their contingent workforce management practices are compliant with state and federal regulations.
Recent studies have shown that contingent labor accounts for up to 30 percent of an organization's total workforce mix and in the years to come, independent workers will account for more than 50 percent of the U.S. workforce.
Organizations, in order to deal with the heightened inspection of worker relationships by all levels of government, look to actively address the logistical challenges of engaging and administering contingent workers as well as manage the compliance risks related to the use of independent contractors.
