NACR Awards Elite Partner Status to Uptivity

Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Uptivity is a provider of contact center workforce optimization and management solutions. The company has recently been selected as a NACR Elite Partner.
NACR, a global integrator of best-in-class communications solutions and services, started its Partner Program to recognize top partners, foster long-term relationships, and encourage partner solutions with customers. Elite is the highest tier in the program, following preferred and select status.
Uptivity is proud it is the first company to bag the NACR Elite Partner status. This status is given to companies that have national presence and regional support, ease of doing business, revenue, lead generation, parts support, technical training, and customer service. The company has also won NACR’s marketing and business development support to cater to the customer’s needs.
