Vcare India Call Center to Receive IT Solutions via Dell India

Dell (News - Alert) India, a trusted regional enterprise networking vendor, has just announced that they will be delivering IT solutions to the Vcare India call center. These solutions will include several Dell products, including the Dell Equal logic PS6510x x 2, PowerEdge M620, Force 10 MXL X2, Power Connect 8132F x 2, which will be supported by Vmware (News - Alert) virtualization software for a completed virtual infrastructure. This will help enhance Vcare's customer service experience as well as ensure that the company has an infrastructure agile enough to handle rapid growth and scalability options for Vcare.

In addition to the equipment, Dell India will also offer to upscale the Vcare network with DellMXL and Power Connect solutions that will increase capacity to 10G. Vcare is a trusted provider for call center services for businesses around the world by outsourcing calls to cost-efficient locations like India, but in order to maintain standing as a competitive player in the industry, the company must be prepared for growth.

Thankfully, the Dell solutions are able to route calls efficiently while providing the scalability that allows for plenty of room to expand. “Regular technical knowledge sharing workshops with Vcare helped build mindshare and greater understanding of our products and services,” said Dell India's head of North Geo and Channel Head, Ajay Kaul.

When asked about how the IT solutions will affect their clients, Vcare Call Center's Sushil Singh said that “we are able to respond to the needs of the business faster with the scalability offered by the Dell solutions. Being one of the BPO solutions providers, we look at the cost effective IT implementation which will help us scale up our operations as and when we require and we hope Dell's solutions will help us achieve this goal.” Singh is part of Vcare's IT team.
