STARTEK Wins TMC's 2014 CRM Excellence Award

STARTEK, a business process outsourcing and IT-enabled service company, recently announced that it has won TMC’s (News - Alert) 2014 CRM Excellence Award, presented by CUSTOMER magazine.

STARTEK has demonstrated to the editors of CUSTOMER magazine that their multiple channel customer support solution for Gogo has improved the processes of their clients’ businesses by streamlining and facilitating the flow of information.”

Also, the company recently signed a lease for a new contact center in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras, and the country’s largest city with a population nearing 1.3 million. This is the second location in Honduras for StarTek. San Pedro Sula, the first location for StarTek, currently employs approximately 1,300. The company, however, has not said anything on how many agents will it hire for its new contact center.
