Cirrus Insight Launches New Companion Application

Cirrus Insight, the top app for integrating Salesforce with Gmail and Google (News - Alert) Apps, recently launched a new, free companion application called Cirrus Analytics, which is available for installation from the Salesforce AppExchange.
Officials said that Cirrus Analytics helps companies create powerful leaderboards for Salesforce adoption, customer engagement, and email effectiveness.
It provides users, managers, and admins with reports and dashboards showing usage and adoption of Cirrus Insight.
“With Cirrus Analytics, organizations can quickly report and visualize Salesforce adoption via Cirrus Insight including number of leads and contacts created. Moreover, organizations can measure customer engagement including email conversations and meetings with customers. And organizations can track how effective their emails are,” said Jason Hubbard, VP of Marketing for Cirrus Insight, in a press statement.
By using Cirrus Analytics, users can track and report on emails, events, calls, tasks, leads, contacts, opportunities, cases, and more. One can also track email effectiveness with dashboards showing email opens and customer engagement. Cirrus Insight leaderboards help maximize Salesforce adoption and ROI.
A free package, Cirrus Analytics contains instant Reports and Dashboards to track usage and adoption by sales and support users and teams.
It further enables admins to quickly and easily add “Created by Cirrus Insight” fields to Salesforce objects. Cirrus Insight marks these checkboxes when adding new records to Salesforce.
Company officials said that all the reports and dashboards are easily customizable to match the reporting needs of any organization.
Since its inception, Cirrus Insight has been offering its customers with apps that help them get the most out of Salesforce and Google.
Recently, TMCnet reported that Cirrus Insight has announced email tracking for Gmail, owing to which users can now receive real-time notifications as their emails are opened, and always know the perfect time to close the deal.
