Pluto Networks to Resell CallCopy's Call Center Solutions

Pluto Networks, a consultancy offering services in networking, security, VoIP, optical and wireless technology, is now reselling CallCopy Inc.’s suite of solutions.

CallCopy’s (News - Alert) cc:Discover suite bundles call recording, quality monitoring, performance management and survey solutions onto a single platform. The system, which is primarily geared for the call center industry, is delivered via the SaaS (News - Alert) model.

"We are very pleased to be adding Pluto Networks as a distribution partner," said Ed Porter, director of partner programs at CallCopy, in a release. "We're obviously familiar with the work that they've done in the local market here in Columbus. But they also have a truly global reach, with a presence in 23 countries around the world. The scalability of CallCopy's solutions will align perfectly with their client base, which ranges from small business to enterprise-level organizations."

CallCopy's reseller program offers three tiered levels of agreements: silver, gold and platinum. The program levels allow CallCopy's channel partners to choose the degree of their services, certification and support levels.

CallCopy provides its partners with the training, sales tools and joint marketing efforts needed to serve their customers and win new business.

According to CallCopy’s release, Pluto Networks was named as a finalist for Company of the Year in the prestigious TechColumbus Innovation Awards. In addition, chairman and CEO Larry Chaffin was a finalist for Executive of the Year on two occasions.

Pluto Networks offers services in the areas of VoIP and call centers, WAN acceleration with Riverbed and Fastsoft, and network/organizational security. Also a Riverbed, Fastsoft, Cisco, Qualys, TriGeo (News - Alert), ChaseTek, ProCurve, PointSec and Symantec partner, it serves both the enterprise and SMB markets and claims that it delivers the same service to smaller sized companies that it does to its enterprise customers.

 

CallCopy made news on TMCnet in March when it announced that it had named Syntellect as its 2008 Distributor of the Year. The award recognizes the channel partner that had the highest sales for the year.
