Maximizer Software Inc., a customer relationship management, or “CRM,” and mobile CRM provider, announced that the company’s Maximizer Mobile CRM system is now considered a Bell Certified Mobile Solution.
With previously conducted tests on Bell Mobility’s networks and devices, including BlackBerry (News - Alert) and WindowsMobile smartphone devices, the system gives individuals access to specific customer information including history, sales leads, dashboards, specific customer cases and various documents and schedules.
Using Maximizer Mobile CRM allows companies to reduce staffing downtime and increase productivity in a sales department, which in turn leads to a higher revenue stream and better ROI.
With Maximizer Mobile CRM, organizations can reduce staff downtime and increase field productivity; increase customer face time by reducing time spent on office administration; build customer intimacy by reviewing up-to-date customer details before a meeting; and improve real-time visibility into sales and staff activities.
The company was also certified by AT&T (News - Alert) earlier in 2009 which allowed the company’s customers to have access to the systems through AT&T’s wireless network.
William Anderson (News - Alert), executive vice president of technology at Maximizer, said that the certification with AT&T broadened the reach of the company’s CRM systems for SMBs seeking increased productivity and efficiencies on their smartphones.
Certifications like Bell Mobility and AT&T provide a third part validation for Maximizer and increased customer loyalty and more advanced business systems.
Earlier in 2009, the company debuted Maximizer CRM 10.5 Freedom for BlackBerry smartphones, a tool for SMBs that would help put them one stop closer to a smartphone-only workforce.
Additionally, the company recently expanded its international mobile CRM systems with three new channel partners that join Maximizer’s program to focus on the mobility marketplace.
Vivek Thomas, president of Maximizer Software, said that the partners allow the company to focus on mobile CRM while delivering leading management systems to a wider geographic audience.
