Vitech Completes Major CRM Implementation for SAG

Vitech Systems Group, which sells Benefits Administration and Customer Relationship Management software, has reportedly announced that it has completed a major V3 Benefits System CRM implementation for the Screen Actors Guild-Producers Pension & Health Plans.

 
In addition to the V3 Benefits Software, Vitech provided SAG-PH with related implementation services.
 
The service provides call tracking and service management features, including the integration of phone, e-mail and fax communications.

The new system provides customer service capabilities to SAG-PH call center personnel in Burbank -- this is the Screen Actors Guild-- Ventura and New York. The system was installed using Vitech's V3 Benefits Administration System, consolidating data from multiple legacy systems into a single service.

'The system allows us to offer an ever increasing level of service to our membership while harnessing operating efficiencies and containing long term costs,' Bruce Dow, SAG-PH's CEO said.
 
SAG became the only labor union in America to have its president go on to become president of the United States when Ronald Reagan was elected president in 1980.
 
Recently,  Vitech Systems Group announced it signed seven new clients to the Equitrak platform during the first half of 2009. These clients include Caledon Capital Management, Inc., IDeA Capital Funds SGR SpA, Hauck & Aufhauser, and Thomas Weisel Partners Group, Inc. Equitrak is a multi-lingual, multi-GAAP, and multi-currency fund administration solution.

'Vitech is extremely excited by Equitrak's strength in the marketplace, with clients in ten countries including the U.S., Canada, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Singapore, and China,' said Frank Vitiello, President of Vitech Systems at the time.

Vitech has offices globally to support Equitrak, including New York, Boston, San Francisco, Edinburgh, London, Paris, and India.
