Akvelon Intros New Dynamics CRM Customization Service

Most companies using customer relationship management solutions understand that Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 can be customized in various ways to suit the requirements of their organization. But many companies lack the resources or the skill sets to make these adjustments. To help them with this problem, Akvelon has released a new Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM customization service.


Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow automation and analytics let the company’s Sales, Marketing and Service staff easily share information and route tasks to provide a seamless customer experience. This increases the efficiency of service, claims Microsoft.

The new service provides five levels of support ranging from the streamlined Lite (available to those users who register for a free 30-day trial at http://www.crmonline.com and enter Akvelon as the providing partner). Whereas this service is free, the Platinum service is priced according to the exact level of customization the client needs. The Akvelon CRM customization service provides admin training at the Bronze level and both admin and non-admin training at the Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.

“The data-driven design of Microsoft CRM allows for successfully performing some of the most common customizations without writing any code,” explained Akvelon CEO Sergei Dreizin in a release. “Our Lite clients will find we can provide those predefined customizations in about a day. In cases where our clients need heavy customization that goes beyond common customizations, our turnaround time is still typically less than a week.”
 
All levels of this new solution, except Lite, include a written project plan, records import and migration, and ongoing paid support. There are dedicated project managers to oversee customization at the Silver, Gold and Platinum levels.
 
In November, the company launched a new global search engine for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, which makes finding CRM data easier and faster. Akvelon Dynamics Global Search lets users search across all entities, fields and records via Web-like search and navigation. The key advantage here is that a single search query will return results from various data fields, including customers, accounts and activities.
