Jackson National Life Insurance Company Selects Thunderhead's Customer Communications Platform

Thunderhead, a provider of customer communications management technology, has announced that the Thunderhead NOW platform has been chosen by Jackson National Life Insurance Company to streamline the production and delivery of its policy documentation, correspondence and other personalized content.
The organization, through Thunderhead NOW will be provided with a modern, flexible infrastructure designed to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Jackson National Life Insurance Company has headquarters in Lansing, Mich., and offers life insurance, annuities and institutional products. It also operates as an indirect subsidiary of UK-based Prudential plc, one of the world’s leading financial service groups and a long-time Thunderhead client.
Thunderhead NOW was chosen by Jackson in part due to the platform’s XML-based design and support for open standards. This will help in rapid integration with the company’s core systems. In addition, the ability for business users to manage content and rules will drive faster time to market.
