Redknee's Turnkey Converged Billing Platform (TCB) Supports EMEA Group Operator

Redknee (News - Alert) is a global provider of innovative communication software products, solutions and services. Recently it announced that it is supporting a group operator in EMEA to lessen its OPEX (News - Alert). This is possible by combining the customer care and billing capabilities of its multiple properties onto one centralized platform. Redknee has entered into a new contract where it manages the four properties of its group operator in support of the operator's aggressive growth strategy to facilitate rapid expansion across the region. To grow their businesses in the competitive markets, Redknee's Turnkey Converged Billing platform (TCB) held up group operators in the APAC and Americas regions.


With Redknee's TCB platform, operators can recognize the advantages of a fully converged real-time billing and customer care platform. Despite the payment type or access technology, all subscribers can be managed on one united platform, permitting operators to quickly launch targeted promotions and services and deliver an improved subscriber experience.

Redknee's cloud-based solution allows operators to launch operations into new markets and still be supported by one platform thereby extending the advantages of a converged platform. From the view point of group operations, operators can standardize processes, have a general idea of the response of different markets to services and can impose a tight control over costs.
