Synygy, a provider of sales performance management (SPM) software and services, has announced that their suite of on-demand SPM applications are now fully integrated with Salesforce CRM - seamlessly merging the management of sales performance and the management of customer relationships.
Salespeople and sales managers who are users of Salesforce CRM can now, without logging into a separate application, review incentive compensation results and payments; analyze performances using dashboards and other interactive tools; see rewards and recognition; review, adjust, and approve quotas; create, evaluate, score, approve, and communicate objectives (MBOs) and manage exceptions and adjustments among a host of other capabilities.
In addition, the data from Salesforce CRM can be combined with data from Synygy’s suite of SPM applications to create meaningful insight into sales performance that cannot be achieved with CRM alone.
“In what might be considered marketing ploys, some of Synygy’s competitors have launched so-called similar applications via Force.com AppExchange with very limited functionality,” said Mark A. Stiffler, president and CEO, Synygy.
Synygy’s SPM solutions include: sales compensation; sales communications; sales goals; and sales processes.
Recently, the company announced the launch of the mobile edition of SYNYGY PORTAL, an application that allows salespeople, sales managers, sales executives, and sales operations managers to manage content across the entire suite of Synygy’s SPM applications from their smartphones.
The mobile edition of SYNYGY PORTAL gives users of an iPhone, BlackBerry (News - Alert), or Windows Mobile device on-the-spot, up-to-date access to their sales compensation and sales performance reports.
The application also allows salespeople to receive and confirm acceptance of sales compensation plans and other documents, and enables users to access subordinate information, unlimited historical information, sales transactions, and other data from corporate databases.
