Cloud-based Communications Provider Intelliverse Introduces New Partner Program

Business are increasingly benefiting from the rapidly growing drive into cloud-based communications making voice, mobile and video collaboration accessible and affordable for companies of very size. Now, the cloud is unifying multiple locations, enabling collaboration, and taking enterprise communications out of the office, as well as moving mobile devices anywhere in the world.

One cloud-based communications provider Intelliverse (News - Alert) who integrates IVR, ACD and IP telephony into one platform, has just introduced a new partner program for independent sales representatives, value-added resellers and system integrators. The program launch includes an offering of "Quick Start," which gives partners bonus compensation for services sold in 2012.

Intelliverse provides a complete, hosted cloud-based platform enabling enterprises to interact with customers more efficiently. By automating routine tasks like call routing through customized solutions and consolidated reporting, Intelliverse provides comprehensive customer insight that enable better business decisions.

This Partner Program is structured to allow partners to choose an arrangement that is customized to their business needs. Partners can choose to sell Intelliverse-branded services, which are supported by Intelliverse or can select to private-label the offering and provide support infrastructure.

Additionally, this program gives the channel access to complete solutions for business communications. With the typical VoIP offering, the program also includes interactive voice response (IVR) applications, automatic call distribution (ACD), and unified communications services. The Intelliverse Open Network (ION) supports all services on a consolidated platform, providing an advantage for partners by allowing them to provide customized solutions while retaining the simplicity of use and quick setup to keep costs low.
