Canton, Massachusetts-based NEI, a provider of appliance technology, products and services, makes it possible for its customers to better manage, deploy and support their application solutions.
In a bid to increase value and ROI for their customers, ImageTag, a developer of KwikTag Connect document imaging software for Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics GP, has chosen to deliver its solution on NEI’s enterprise-ready appliance platform.
The KwikTag Connect solution is an enterprise-level, business-critical solution which helps to streamline paper-intensive business activities and processes.
With this appliance deployment, the KwikTag software will have deeper, seamless and more rapid integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft SharePoint and other enterprise applications. This means the ability to capture, file and retrieve documents digitally and extends simplified lifecycle management services for its customers.

NEI is also providing ImageTag with platform integration control, solution design, global logistics and smart services that will help the company to more easily brand, ship, deploy, repair and replace hardware products.
These services are enabled by NEI’s ACE element manager, which allows customers to update the appliance remotely as well as monitor real-time status and the health of the appliance, among other key automation features.
