Dominion Dealer Solutions Reorganizes its Businesses

Dominion Dealer Solutions has reorganized and unified its businesses and products in order to deliver a single and complete set of solutions for customer, inventory and marketing technology to their automotive dealer customers.

Dominion Dealer Solutions specializes in automotive technology and services and is a division of Dominion Enterprises. The company promoted its individual businesses throughout 2011 as Dominion CRM, Inventory and Websites.


These individual businesses have now been aligned so that the company can meet dealer needs in a quick manner.

Several changes have been made in the company including the merger of Dealerskins and XIGroup in 2011and the combination of @utoRevenue, AVV Web Control and Autobase as a unified CRM and marketing services provider.

The new Dominion Inventory division now includes Dealer Specialties, which provides inventory data, analytics and reports and Cross-Sell market research.

The leadership of Dominion Dealer Solutions has also been realigned to provide higher quality products and services to both dealer and OEM customers.

Former vice president in charge of CRM and direct marketing, Rich Crawford is now vice president of product management for Dominion Dealer Solutions. He has in his team many automotive veterans including Bryan Anderson, Brice Englert, Ed Braunbeck, Sean Conley and Alan Andreu.

"With the advent of 2012, Dominion Dealer Solutions is moving forward stronger and faster than ever," said Robert Berndt, president of Dominion Dealer Solutions. "This is an exciting time for employees, dealers and OEMs to be involved with us. 2011 has been a year marked by continuing introductions of innovations such as our reputation management and equity products. Solutions scheduled for delivery in 2012 will make it our largest innovation year yet. Our new organizational structure allows us to deliver excellent products to our customers more quickly."
