DragonWave (News - Alert) Inc. recently entered into a three-year contract with WireIE. Since its launch, WireIE, the fast-growing wholesale network operator in Canada, has been implementing DragonWave equipment for introducing Carrier-grade Ethernet services to rural and remote locations. The contract, worth $1 million for the initial year, will assist WireIE's continuing extension through implementation of Horizon Compact, Compact+ and Horizon Quantum (News - Alert).

Corporate customers are offered a sturdy connectivity, capable of providing concurrent data transfer across their corporate ecosystem, by WireIE. The organization’s Transparent Ethernet Solutions for harsh environments are in great demand. WireIE is extending its presence by offering Carrier-grade Ethernet to remote locations across Canada and the Americas.
