New Business Process Management Solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Offered By Bluespring Software

Bluespring Software, a leader in the field of business process innovation (BPI) technology and solutions, has launched Bluespring BPM for Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM. The product is a business process management solution with built-in features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. The product is based on the company’s BPM5 suite and offers process intelligence for business processes driven by CRM, enterprise systems integration, and advanced workflow automation. Business analysts can use the product to design, deploy, improve and manage system-centric and people-centric business processes.


In a release, Rich Kurz, vice president of client services for Bluespring, said that, “Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides an excellent platform to address enterprise needs in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. But events within CRM often need to trigger activities throughout the enterprise, or require accumulation of information from various data and document repositories. As companies begin to map out their processes, they quickly find that even moderately complex workflows require custom development and extensive IT skills. With Bluespring BPM, organizations can now configure even complex CRM-driven workflows without custom programming and with little or no involvement from IT.”

Bluespring BPM helps business analysts to configure, refine and review business processes in collaboration with process owners and business people. Based on complex business rules, the product unifies disparate systems to create a complete multi-path business process. The product gives the analyst real-time control over the business process and helps in automatically capturing and reporting of Key Performance Indicators like customer service demand, case resolution time, and arrival rate. The product’s licensing is affordable and support services are cost-effective.

Embrace Pet Insurance has started using Bluespring BPM5 with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Alex Krooglik, Embrace Pet Insurance vice president of marketing said that, “We need workflow and business process management capabilities that go well beyond what basic Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides. We’re using Bluespring BPM because it enables us to automate and track end-to-end business processes that integrate information from CRM and non-CRM systems.
