Prodagio Software Automates Invoice Processing for Australian Entertainment Group

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

Prodagio Software, a provider of business process automation solutions, has announced that a major Australian entertainment group has selected Prodagio Account Payable (AP) invoice automation software as its invoice automation solution.

The entertainment group has implemented Prodagio to streamline and optimize its invoice processing practices across its headquarters and various sub-entities, company officials said.

By integrating Prodagio AP into the enterprise resources management (ERP) system, the entertainment group gains a consolidated view into all invoices. Prodagio AP also provides them with visibility into and control of their invoices as they move from scan to payment.

Prodagio AP also allows them to automate even the most complex business processes, eliminating extraneous handling of invoices and reducing transaction costs.

"Our client's need to drive costs out of their business processes and gain clarity into spend and cash flow," said Mara Henderson, president and CEO of Prodagio Software, in a statement. "Not only will they immediately have greater control and visibility into their processes through a single consolidated view, they will also be able to process high volumes of transactions automatically with straight-through-processing."

Earlier this year, Prodagio released Prodagio ISX, a revolutionary patent pending technology, and a new invoice automation product, Prodagio AP 5SX. AP 5SX's exclusive RoboProcessor automates all transactions including exceptions.

With this new solution, companies can fully maximize touchless transactions. It also creates suggested resolutions and captures all exceptions data. Companies can eliminate exceptions by refining its rules and lower their operating costs, according to company officials.
