Crossvale, a provider of integration and automation services, has announced that SuperMedia, who provides of local marketing solutions, has earned exceptional performance gains by deploying Crossvale's SWIFT (Smart Workflows, Interactive Forms and Tasks) business process management solution.

SuperMedia provides small- and medium-sized businesses with print, online, mobile and media services. The company selected Crossvale’s SWIFT platform to streamline cross-functional HR processes and deliver superior service to internal customers.

In addition to SWIFT automation engine, Crossvale also offered professional services to automate workflows and integration services to help SuperMedia seamlessly insert the SWIFT product into its infrastructure.

The SWIFT solution has enabled SuperMedia to achieve productivity savings of more than $1 million and 17,000 hours per year. This payback was achieved in less than four months.

"Our focus is to create automation solutions that are intelligent and intuitive, so that all process participants, initiators, approvers, monitors and owners achieve maximum productivity,” said Crossvale President Jason Sharp (News - Alert), in a statement.

“SWIFT optimizes users' time by making forms and other inputs easy to use, pre-populating as much data as possible, and providing context sensitive help to minimize training down-time.”

Crossvale’s SWIFT automation engine helped SuperMedia automate several HR processes including contractor on-boarding, employee off-boarding, employee recognition awards, job changes, and vacation carry-over requests.

By automating the HR process, the company not only gained productivity improvements, but also benefitted from quicker responses to their HR interactions.

In May, Crossvale announced it is implementing a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solution for BBVA Compass (News - Alert), one of the nation's top 20 banks. The SOA initiative will improve BBVA Compass’ information processes and provide it with an underlying architecture that will allow changes to be implemented more easily, the company said.
