Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert), a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has teamed up with Saudi-based Malaz Technology, a systems integrator specializing in converged information and communications technology solutions, wherein Malaz will resell and implement Interactive Intelligence's solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as offer customers Interactive Intelligence's solutions for contact center automation, enterprise IP telephony, and business process automation.
In addition, Malaz will provide consulting, implementation, support, and custom development services to clients in that country.
