TEC Services Group, a provider of consulting and professional services for the credit and collections industry, has deployed the On-Demand BPM suite of Adeptia (News - Alert), which offers enterprise business integration management software.
Tom Sweat, president of TEC, said, “Our industry-leading experts at TEC recognized a huge gap in the ability of collection agencies to effectively source data vendors. However, we needed to find a software vendor that could support our wide range of business process management, integration and cloud requirements; and equally as important, a software vendor that would believe in our vision and commit to helping us achieve it.”
TEC Services added a consulting division dubbed TECnet and a cloud offering called TEC Analytics in 2010 to help debt collection agencies improve their performance, as well as boost profits by making the use of third party data sources and credit scores more efficient. After months of deliberation, TEC adopted Adeptia On-Demand BPM Suite to drive both of its new products.
“With Adeptia, we were able to create a very sophisticated, automated system in just four months; and due to Adeptia's holistic design and flexible SOA architecture, we have since expanded the system to meet new technical requirements and business challenges. The bottom line is that Adeptia enabled us to successfully bring a new service offering to the marketplace, generate millions in revenue for our clients, and rapidly grow our business,” Sweat added.
Adeptia’s Enterprise Business Integration solutions help customers seamlessly and quickly automate business processes and data flows using industry-specific standards.
Lou Ennuso, CEO of Adeptia, said, “We are excited for TEC's success and pleased that Adeptia could play such an important role. As always, our objective is to help our clients' gain a significant competitive advantage. Adeptia strives to meet customer need and exceed expectations.”
In a related development, Adeptia announced a joint venture with Arias Information Services (AIS), a provider of enterprise data integration and enterprise content management, to create and power the new cloud service offering called “@intake assist”.
